Rates

· Children from 0-3 years do not pay if they sleep in bed with their parents.

· Children sleeping in a single bed pay the same rate as an adult.


Timetables:

· The breakfast is free from schedules.For each guest will be set up their breakfast area which can be used at the time they deem appropriate.

· Check-in is scheduled for 2:30 pm

· Check-out is scheduled for 11:00/11:30

In all those cases in which the Check-In should take place outside this time, please communicate your arrival time by email at bedandbmartini@tiscali.it or mobile (+39) 3470750964. If it is not done no communication, it will be considered accepted the time communicated exempting the owners of the structure for the misunderstandings resulting from failure to respect the accepted times. For arrivals during the morning, before the established Check-In time, and always after communication, you can make the luggage storage.
